Trained through Balanced Body, he founded Kore Harmony to bring what Hagerstown was missing — structured Pilates, infrared hot yoga, and guided meditation under one roof, built with military discipline and community at its core, his commitment extends beyond fitness. Tina leads classes that blend intentional movement, breathwork, and nervous system awareness to help you build strength, release tension, and reconnect with your body. Her approach is supportive, choice-based, and designed to meet you where you are—no pressure, just guidance.

As a trained TCTSY-F, Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga facilitator, she creates a space that prioritizes comfort, autonomy, and real, sustainable progress.
